Experiences in Bangladesh
Thursday, April 24, Diane (Eggers) Laseth of Clarkston, presented a slide and talk program at the Library.
Diane talked about her experiences as a member of a surgical-mission team who recently traveled to Bangladesh to provide surgical services to the people there. While in Bangladesh the team performed 52 surgeries.
Laseth is the daughter of Hazel Eggers of Nezperce and is a graduate of Nezperce High School. She works as a registered nurse in the surgery and sterile processing departments at Tri-State Hospital in Clarkston.
Those who attended Diane's presentation were able to visit with her and ask more questions regarding the outfit she had worn and was made for her in Bangladesh. They also enjoyed the refreshments provided by the Friends of the Library.
